Building Evaluations

To measure progress, two basic devices are needed: baselines and mileposts. Monthly Building Evaluations offer both. Your PUR-O-ZONE representative can provide you with help in establishing your definition of clean (the destination point). In order to find where you are now, audits of the current conditions of your facilities are needed.

The Monthly Building Evaluation Form provides the opportunity for measurement of cleaning effectiveness by location. Your representative also has more detailed walk-through checklists that will help him or her review with you potential areas of savings and of improvement. Once you have done your initial audits and have a baseline, you can place a pin in the map - the starting point of the journey.

Completing monthly (or other periodic) evaluations also creates the mileposts you need to quantify that you are moving ahead toward the destination or what adjustments may be needed along the trail. With this measurement tool in use, PUR-O-ZONE education of your staff can become the workhorse that pulls your team forward.

As you near your destination - a different level of clean, a different level of productivity, a consolidated staff, greener building or other destination - you will then set a new goal or destination point. There is no "We have arrived!" moment, because the journey is on-going.

MBEs are also important in the evaluation of individuals and tie in with other personnel management processes and forms your representative can help you implement.

These processes are part of your on-going relationship with PUR-O-ZONE and there are no special charges associated with this consultation and review. There are pass-along costs for some of the forms involved. PDFs are also available if you would like to print or copy these tools in-house.

PUR-O-ZONE customers engaged in a Customer Advantages education-level program can access a number of forms at the Education and Measurement link after logging in.
