Detergent clean. Water safe. ec-H2O™ technology converts water into a powerful cleaning solution. This technology is on-board several Nobles cleaning units.

Environmentally superior, socially responsible

Eliminate the environmental impact of producing, packaging, transporting, using, and disposing of traditional cleaning chemicals.

ec-H2O uses 70% less water than conventional scrubbing methods.

ec-H2O begins as water and ends as water.

Cleaning has never been safer

Eliminate the health issues associated with harsh cleaning chemicals; no touching, breathing, splashing, or disposing of chemicals.

Reduce slip-n-fall accidents with the first chemical-free scrubbing system to achieve NFSI certification.

ec-H2O is safe to touch.

Registered by NSF as safe for use in food and beverage handling environments

Simple, efficient, cost-effective

ec-H2O helps reduce cost by elimi

nating the need to buy a general purpose cleaner.

Eliminate time required for chemical handling, mixing, and usage training.

Maximize productivity by increasing scrub times and reducing fill and drain time.

Restrooms account for less than five percent of a building's total square footage but 90 percent of its complaints. Most of these complaints typically are about malodors or dirty surfaces. How is it a restroom is still dirty and/or smells after just being cleaned with disinfectants? They aren't being cleaned properly or thoroughly. Why not? Who enjoys cleaning around a toilet or urinal on their hands and knees?...I know I sure don't.

This is why the KAIVAC 2150 http://www.kavaic.com/ is the only way I would personally clean a restroom or ask my staff to. The EPA has registered it as a sanitizer with only using clean, cold water...no chemicals. The entire restroom can be hosed down, pressure-washed at 500psi, and the dirty water extracted back into the machine. I've worked with many school districts, private schools, colleges, municipalities, churches, hospitals and contractors who have embraced KaiVac.

CARPET CLEANING WITH NO WATER

No matter what type of building I'm in, it seems that keeping carpets clean is always a challenge. I have people tell me over and over again that they only deep- or wet-extract once per year. The carpets look good for a little while but soon quickly re-soil and return to looking dirty again. Old spots keep coming back time and time again. Why is this happening?

Independent studies have shown that when someone cleans a carpet with water...that only 50% of the water at best is ever picked up. That leaves at least half of all the water you put on your floor in the carpet. To make matters worse, the carpets probably weren't vacuumed ahead of time or with an inferior vacuum...leaving all that dry soil in the carpet to mix with half the water you couldn't extract.

The answer...is Host http://www.hostcarpetcleaning.com/. Host is my single most favorite cleaning system and piece of equipment I represent. Host has a dry or low-moisture method of cleaning carpets using biodegradable "sponges." It's also the greatest vacuum you will ever use. There is no longer a need to clean carpets at night or during summer. It can be done during daylight hours now without moving furniture or closing off an entire area. I've placed many Host machines in school districts, private schools, large churches, hospitals and municipalities.

Stain area before Host demonstration.

Using plain tap-water, the Lotus Pro system creates liquid ozone which is registered as a sanitizing agent. What could be safer. And liquid ozone is completely environment-friendly.

Lotus Pro "chargers" come in bottle-type for use in classrooms, offices, breakrooms and to carry on custodial carts, and high-capacity type for filling into automated machinery. This is a dynamic system you will probably want to know about if safety, reduced chemistry need and green-building practices are important in your facility planning.

My goal is your personal attention.

I've found that no two of my customers are exactly alike. That makes my job more interesting and fun. One of the reasons I like working for PUR-O-ZONE is that we don't treat any two customers alike. There's no "one size fits all." We are not a company that just moves boxes. We design programs to take the best materials and automation for the job taking into account your goals and your staff.
