Delivery and Special Stocking Arrangements

Neither rain, nor sleet nor snow will stop our fleet - usually.If you would benefit from a tailored delivery program, we can probably help you. What's a tailored delivery program? It can be many things, depending on your needs.

Here are some features many of our customers use:

Delivery in selected zones at a very nominal charge, currently under $5 per delivery. To see these PUR-O-ZONE fleet scheduled delivery areas, go to the section, FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR, in the left column and click on the link Delivery Schedules.

Delivery to individual buildings. If you are covered by one of our PUR-O-ZONE fleet delivery zones, and you have more than one building, your deliveries can be broken up by individual location at no additional charge. (Some minimums apply per delivered stop. Check with Mike Lockhart, warehouse manager, for a plan.) This feature reduces your own logistical demands as well as the need for central storage space.

Special delivery instructions. Again, if you are in a PUR-O-ZONE fleet-delivered zone, we can often tailor deliveries better than standard freight or ground carrier. Check with Bobbi Schrader in our offices to see about special requests to meet your needs.

POTENTIAL OPTIONS

Here are some additional delivery options that can be discussed with your PUR-O-ZONE representative. Again, some of these require your facility to be within a PUR-O-ZONE fleet-delivered zone.

Inside staging - Office buildings, plants and some other facilities, sometimes have distributed storage areas and limited bulk receiving area capabilities. As part of an overall relationship, we may be able to distribute supplies to one or more areas within your building at either no charge or a nominal fee.

Automation Equipment set-up - When you receive a larger piece of cleaning automation, such as a walk-behind scrubber, set-up is very important. In some cases we may be able to deliver these items and set them up for you, or set them up after delivery by standard freight.

Repair Pick-up and Drop-off - In some circumstances, and where on-site service is impractical for some reason, we have the capabilities to arrange to transport of your large automation equipment to one of our repair centers. There is almost always a charge associated with this service, but it is often more confenient and less espensive overall than other options. We will also make sure the unit is protected properly for shipping and has all the accompanying parts necessary for the probable repair needed. Insurance liability coverage remains under your package provisions. 

Inventory Control - In certain circumstances, your PUR-O-ZONE representative may be able to assist you by making sure your inventory of supplies is brought up to necessary levels in areas you do not have adequate personnel to monitor those levels. Discuss this potential with your representative.
