Pur-O-Zone has been serving our customers through many challenges since 1943. We are in a new challenge with the COVID-19 outbreak. We are proactively working to meet the needs of our customers. As we continue to work through this current environment we will do everything possible to bring forth solutions to the evolving needs of our customers.

 

There is increased short term demand on the supply chain of our manufacturers and suppliers. Those producing infection prevention items as well as common facility supply hygiene products are experiencing unprecedented shortages. All are working hard to increase production levels. At the current time demand is so high manufacturers are not giving out any definitive delivery commitments. Most are allocating product based on past order history with preference to first responders and healthcare facilities.

We are receiving resupplies daily albeit at a slower rate and are committed to delivering our customer’s orders as soon as they come in. Orders are prioritized in a manner that is of the utmost integrity and fairness.

2. Quantities may be adjusted based on past demand to meet the needs of all our customers.
